Hi All,

This air quality is very unhealthy!

In addition to staying indoors, and closing windows and outside vents,
consider running as many air filters as you have, and wearing a pollution
mask, even indoors.

Here is the air filter I got:

And my mask is like these:

with these refills:

It is also nice to have a real-time display of particle counts at various
gauges. Mine is by miHome, bought in Shanghai (where you need these items
all the time), but on Amazon, this looks similar:

You will see that the variation within a day is huge! (PM2.5 is very high
right now as I write this)

Finally, when the PM10 gets high, you'll probably get itchy eyes and
possibly a runny nose (like me).
I've considered goggles then, but instead it's been sufficient to seal my
bedroom, filter the heck out of the air on high, and hack in bed.
While this is over the top, I also have a CO2 monitor that tells me when I
need to let in a little more fresh air from my bedroom door, which I then
filter vigorously.

I put on my pollution mask when venturing out of the bedroom!

Don't breathe this stuff any more than you have to.

Cheers,
Julius
