I'm new to Faust and am considering making a monophonic sample player. I'd like to be able change samples during playback and have the next sample play from the same place (proportionally) as the previous sample. I looked at https://hvc.berlin/synthesis_algorithms/sampling-audio-files-in-faust/ but don't understand how the reader works. Could anyone explain how I might enable switching like this?
