Hello. There is currently no oversampling in Faust.
You could have a look at the set of anti-aliased oscillators in the libraries: https://github.com/grame-cncm/faustlibraries/blob/40e2c8ada8dc1518b1e300980fd6a12c2735eca2/oscillators.lib#L1498 .
