Are you using https://fausteditor.grame.fr/ or https://faustide.grame.fr/ ?

- in Faust Editor: https://fausteditor.grame.fr/, all MIDI devices found on the 
machine are detected and connected.

- in Faust IDE: https://faustide.grame.fr/, you can select the wanted MIDI 
device in the «Midi input » section (upper right)
