Hi Yann, I'd love to join the consortium.... Will membership be individual
or at the level of my university or research laboratory? Is there a
membership fee? How much? Do you need me to commit to any particular tasks?
If we take as a model the W3C (which is very big), there is the notion of
“Working Groups (only for members)” and “Community Groups” (open to
non-members), and there is a decision-making group (the “AB group”), with
an election system for the latter.
