I'd suggest that:
a) everyone who wished to be a signatory be added in.
b) have a format like:
Joe Bloggs, Org for Balance in the Media
Jane Bloggs, Nottingham UK
c) Tim should head the list since he wrote the letter. I'd also be happy
for him to be listed as representing Free Culture UK (though that is
entirely up to him) e.g. Tim Cowlishaw, Free Culture UK (I could then be
listed as representing the Open Knowledge Foundation). If this is
unsatisfactory we can just go with:
Tim Cowlishaw, Somewhere UK
Rufus Pollock, Free Culture UK
....
I've just amended the wiki page to reflect this.
