Sounds like the end of the road for the *Creative* Archive. This announcement squares with the fact that the Creative Archive pilot ended back in September but the promised 'Public Value' test is nowhere in site. This new archive proposal seems to be a real step back to simple read-only access archive with, it seems, no guarantee of open access or absence of DRM.
