#1788: Some dialogs have scrollbars in Safari

This affects only some of the dialogs. Mainly the form elements and also
the about box, loading them will show a vertical scrollbar. In the about
box, if we click on the second tab and back to the first then it does
disappear.
Tested with Safari 3.0.4 and WebKit-r29785, works fine in IE7, Firefox 2
and Opera 9755
