#1795: white div layer fails when editor is in full screen mode

Comment:
The bug seems to have to do with standards mode and quirks mode
differences. On sample01.html (which is standards mode) the white div
works, but on sample01.php (which is quirks mode) the white div doesn't
work. I believe sample01.jsp is suffering from the same problem.
Should be pretty easy to fix though.
