I was able to reproduce this bug with FF 2.0.0.12. Just load the following
HTML on sample01.html:
{{{
<!-- Test -->
}}}
It still sounds like something not easy to fix (if fixable). If nothing
can be done, we need at ticket for it at Mozilla's Bugzilla.
