Reproduction procedure:
1. Open sample01.html in IE6 (must be a native IE6 installation,
MultipleIE's IE6 won't do).
1. Open image dialog, or image button dialog, or the flash dialog.
1. Close it.
1. IE6 crashes, and it forced to be closed by Windows XP.
