Hi!
I've followed your instructions and I couldn't reproduce this bug.
When drag and dropping (in 2.5.1 or SVN version) I'm getting the expected
behavior. The text is dragged inside the editing area without any problems
and without using the '''paste''' window.
Let us know if you have similar results.
