Comment:
Currently the bulleted list colors are only available by using a style in
a <li> tag:
Example:
{{{
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);">Red dots</li>
</ul>
}}}
It would be a good feature to select the color from the lists properties
dialog.
