Based on the proposal in
http://dev.fckeditor.net/attachment/ticket/1622/1622_2.patch it should be
possible to add a CSS Reader that improves the cache for css files, so
that for example the dialogs css are loaded only once, and even the
current styles of the page are used if the editor is launched in a popup.
