#1962: Behave properly if a language has been deleted

Sometimes people do delete any extra language files, but they leave
enabled the autodetection, and when someone goes with a language that has
been deleted, the editor fails to load without giving any hint about the
exact problem.
It should either give a warning, and/or switch back to a supported
language (let's hope that they don't delete also English)
