Hi!
As it is for the IE and FF2 Tables you are perfectly right.
As for the DIVs:
IE: You cannot drag the borders (See ticket #842). If you resize it sizes
will be shown in percentage as they should.
FF2: You can drag the borders. If you resize it sizes will be shown in
pixels.
