#2068: Bolding before a Dash causes formatting errors

I think I found a more accurate reason for this bug. When using the
wysiwyg editor I erased an existing "dash" and replaced it with a colon. I
believe what happened is that in doing this I deleted some of the "'''" in
the wikitext. After saving FCKeditor must have added the missing "'''";
however, it added it in the wrong places.
So it might not be the dash but the editing process.
