Hi,
The loosing contents bug as well as the dialog stretching bug is currently
being investigated in #2114. Unfortunately this bug is very erratic in
that it is easily reproducible in some configurations while completely
non-reproducible in others, so it's going to take some time to fix.
I don't really know what you mean by "mouse drag effect" when the panel is
being moved over the page. If you mean the temporary residual images of
selection boxes while the dialog is being dragged (see screenshot "Picture
1.png"), then it's a known IE6 bug. It shouldn't happen in IE7, however.
