#2313: Subpage links get corrupted

If you create a subpage using this format
{{{[[/subpagename/]]}}} media wiki will kindly display this without the
initial and trailing slashes, (this is an 'undocumented feature') however
FCKeditor converts this to {{{[[/subpage/|/subpage/]]}}} which will the
display the leading and trailing slashes on the wiki page.
This does not effect new links added through the FCKeditor 'add link'
functionality but does effect any previously produced pages that contain
{{{[[/subpage/]]}}} links.
Also creating a page link within FCK just by typing (not using the inset
link)
{{{[[/a sup page/]]}}}
The first time you save this it hides the forward and training slashes,
but if you open the editor up and save a second time it again shows the
slashes.
