#2293: fckeditor strips all information before a body tag

Actually this is an expected behaviour. Text which is written between
<body> tags as well as the tag itself should be deleted.To avoid this
behaviour you may always enable the following option:

FCKConfig.FullPage = true ;
}}}
and edit the whole page.
