#2371: ForcePasteFromWord configuration option

Sometimes it is necessary to clean all text pasted to the editor. Since
Gecko browsers do not provide methods to do this in the OnPaste handler,
this should be done other way. FCK.CustomCleanWord function provides a way
to write a custom cleaning function. So the only thing needed here: to
have an option to pass all pasted text thru this function. Such option may
be called ForcePasteFromWord. It should work likewise
ForcePasteAsPlainText option, so I do not think that I should write
complete definition here.
