#2414: fckeditor.html missing from FCKeditor-2.3.zip

I downloaded FCKeditor-2.3.zip from your site and deployed the
web application on my server. When I try to access index.jsp
present in web/_samples/ directory, it gives me "404-page not found"
error in the frame containing the submit button.
When I tried to debug, the line 319 in FCKeditor.java (createIFrameHTML
method) sets the path to be used in the frame to a file named
fckeditor.html. I don't see fckeditor.html present in FCKeditor-2.3.zip
file. Where can I find this file ?. Are there any other files missing from
FCKeditor-2.3.zip file ?.
