You are mixing here stuff completely!
You want to change FCKeditor.Java 2.4 no more, no less. There is no direct
connection to the FCKeditor itself.
The Java support requires JRE 1.4 and Servlet 2.4. You have to adapt the
FCKeditor.tld first and foremost.
And don't see the connection between your needs and the Java integration.
