#2530: Create file creator against a Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0

Instead of saving files to a file store, saving them in to a WSS3.0
document store. This would open up the use of FCKEditor et al to those
sites based on WSS as the rich text editor in that is so lacking when it
comes to adding images to a page.
