It can be found in the linked thread above in my first post.

Sry you are wrong, the language file must be changed right, the updated
german file de.js can be found in my thread linked above, but also the
skin of the FCKEditor should be changed to get the buttons Bold Italic
Underline in the german look and feel Fett Kursiv Unterstrichen this
picture is suitable for alle skins in the installation, it is also in the
linked thread above. Sadly the fontsizes are linked to css that's why it
was impossible to me to translate this also. It would be nice if this
could be possible to as stated in my Ticket

I just wanted to contribute my changes that others can use them.
