Steps to reproduce this bug:
1-Insert in source mode:

<option value="2">bbb</option>

2. Back to WYSIWIG
3. Try click, select, rightclick the new menu list.
Confirmed in FF3. In Safari context menu does not work. In IE7 all is OK.
This bug exists even in FCKEditor 2.0
