Additional info: Apache, PHP and MySQL are part of a XAMPP suite.[[BR]]
Then it works OK, even if you use XAMPP on windows 2003.[[BR]]
If you use Windows 2003 wit IIS and PHP and MySQL installed seperately,
the error occurs. Does this plugin depend on a component that is available
by default in XAMPP and/or Redhat Linux v4?
