#2634: Bug with FCKXhtml.SpecialBlocks

When SpecialBlocks have child nodes, the call to AddItem fails, as it was
removed recently I believe.
This can be replicated with the manual fckxhtml test.
I'll attach a patch I believe resolves this momentarily.
