@arczi, RealDesign is our translator for Dutch. As he has provided the
language file, we understand that the translations are ok. But, he's not a
code reviewer, so he's not allowed to give "Review+".
The review process doesn't include only the translation check, but also
ensure that the code is not broken, and that other related things have
been done (like updates in the translation status txt file and the what's
new). That's why the review task is set to core developers.
