Create a blank page of in an instance of MW(1.13.1) with fckeditor. Switch
to wikitext
type in '''':Test'''' and then switch to the normal editing mode using the
toggle button. The popup shows the text with <dl> and <dd> tags generated
in place of colons(:). This is happening when wikimarkups are being
converted to HTML.
