#2663: Fix the scrolling bug in Firefox for CKEditor 3 link dialog.

To reproduce the bug:
1. Open the replacebyclass sample in Firefox 3.
2. Resize the window so that a vertical scrollbar appears.
3. Open the link dialog.
4. The scrollbar scrolls to the bottom.
5. If the bug doesn't happen, refresh and try again.
Strangely, it doesn't happen with the smiley dialog.
