#2679: Indent causes infinite loop

So what happens here is this:
1. FCKDomRangeIterator sees <table> inside <p><span>, tries to split
<table> into another block.
2. Splitting the block means all the parent tags are duplicated as well,
so after the split, we have <p><span></span></p> and <p><span><table>...
The iterator now looks at the newly splitted block, which is exactly the
same as the previous block before it was split.
3. So the iterator goes back to step 1.
This is actually a special case of #1717 that we've left unfixed. I
haven't really traced the execution in #2712 yet but I guess after a few
steps in the iterator the same thing happened.
