#2742: FF3: Detached toolbar disappears when display is toggled between none and
block

I have an editor with ToolbarLocation = Out:toolbarDIV. Both editor and
toolbarDIV is wrapped in another DIV. When the outer DIV is toggled
between "display:none" and "display:block" a few times, the toolbar
disappears. It varies how many times you have to do the toggle.
Also if the outer DIV is set to "display:none" in the stylesheet and you
toggle after the editor has loaded, the toolbar never shows.
This is in Firefox 3.0.5 on WinXP. IE7, Chrome and Opera works fine.
