#2779: Spell check dialog partially obscured in IE 8

On the fckeditor demo page, open the spell check dialog in IE 8. Click on
the title bar of the spell check dialog.
Move the mouse.
Before long, the right hand side of the window will obscured.
Move the mouse some more and the right hand side of the dialog will re-
appear.
