The fault comes from the image dialog instead of from the HTML output
system. The dialog's .js file used _cke_saved_url to save the image's src
attribute, the URL protection logic in WYSIWYG area plugin then correctly
truncates that to "url". The .js file should use _cke_saved_src instead.
