#2782: Editor inside DIV with "overflow: auto" causes displaced menus

I originally noticed this in v2.6.3, but tried the nightly build and it is
present in that as well.
When you place an editor inside a <div /> tag with "overflow" set to
"auto", and you scroll that div - menus for "Font", "Size", and "Format"
are not appearing directly below the menu links. They are displaced below,
proportionate to how much the div has been scrolled.
This does not happen in IE 7.0.
I've attached a screenshot showing this, and example code.
