#2802: Dialog objects should be cached separately for each editor instance

The dialog plugin is caching dialog objects under
CKEDITOR.dialog._.storedDialogs. This isn't correct because a dialog
object created from the first editor instance would be used in the second,
third, etc. editors as well.
This needs to be fixed before #2790.
