#2831: Link dialog ignores id field in Advanced Tab.

To reproduce:
1. Open replacebyclass.html
2. Place cursor on the FCKeditor link.
3. Open link dialog.
4. Fill in an id in the Advanced page.
5. OK.
6. Go to Source mode.
7. There is no id.
This bug depends on the refactoring patch of the link dialog I just
submitted to Fred.
