The link dialog is currently giving out errors in the api_dialog.html
sample because removing fields and tabs in the old dialog API does not
remove the related dialog logic.
The setup and commit API was introduced earlier to tackle this problem.
The link dialog's code should be converted to use it so that the
api_dialog.html sample would be complete.
