#2915: About plugin shows misleading user language

At the moment the About Plugin shows in the Browser Info tab:
User Language: xxx
This display is incorrect. The JS code behind it is only able to retrieve
the language of the browser, which is the GUI language of the browser.
I have attached a patch.
