#2981: Sample 10 second instance not working after clicking combo

In sample 10, after clicking a combo box in second instance, the second
instance cannot regain focus again and the toolbar is disabled. Typing a
key does enable the toolbar again but yet it still cannot be refocused,
and does not fire any focus event.
The first instance works well without any error.
I did a ticket search and it seems it's the same as ticket 1280 (which is
fixed a year ago on an earlier version).
I am using firefox 3.0, with version 2.6.4.
