#3037: Combo boxes are not usable with screen reader

To reproduce:
1. Open replacebyclass.html in IE6 with JAWS.
2. Press tab until you hear the sound that we've entered editing mode.
3. Alt-F10, and press Shift-Tab until you hear that we're on the Font
Size combo box.
4. Press Enter.
5. Nothing happens, the combo box does not open.
