Comment:
Even if the specific case described by the reporter works after the patch,
applying lists is still quite unstable.
Cases after applying the patch:
1. Load replacebyclass sample.
2. Place the caret at the end of the existing paragraph.
3. Hit the list button (ERROR!)

2. Place the caret at the end of the existing paragraph.
3. Hit ENTER to add a new paragraph.
4. Hit the list button. List created (after the patch).
5. Hit the list button. List removed.
6. Hit the list button. (ERROR!)
