Comment:
Review+, it worked, but to be committed some changes were required, so
after doing some minor fixes I've committed it with [3218].
As I mentioned, I made some minor correctios to this patch, the source
code formatting was invalid, changes to language files were missing and
I've decided to introduce the FCKConfig.WikiSignature configuration option
just in case someone wanted to use different signature format.
