#3128: config.stylesCombo_stylesSet does not load external style JavaScript

The stylesCombo_stylesSet configuration entry is supposed to be able to
load external style definitions via a colon separated syntax. e.g.
{{{
config.stylesCombo_stylesSet = 'mystyle:/path/to/mystyle.js';
}}}
The stylescombo plugin isn't loading the external JavaScript file for the
definition, however.
