Comment:
* The dialog system must automatically handle the focus in the first field
available in the dialog. For that, each page may have an optional
"firstFocus" setting, indicating the element to be focused first (for the
Link dialog, for example). If this setting is not found, the first one is
taken.
* For keyboard related events, please use the getKeystroke function, as
it handles all weirdnesses regarding browser differences and OSs.
