The problem here is that the <div> node holding the toolbar icons is
wrapping the icons into 2 or more lines when there aren't enough
horizontal space. Setting white-space: nowrap doesn't work. The only thing
I've found to work so far is setting a fixed width to the <div> node.
There should be a cleaner method, though.
