I can confirm this, but can you please include details about the bug,
instead of a tc only?
Steps to reproduce it:
1. Load the following HTML:
{{{
<table><tr><td>text</td></tr></table>
}}}
2. Click inside "test" and apply a bulleted list.
3. Remove the bulleted list (ERROR!).
