The description is misleading and out-of-date, the problem handled by this
ticket is only about:[[BR]]
Event listener for "instanceReady" doesn't grab a correct 'dirtyFlag'
value, as the TC described, Since this is a internal error, it's hard to
reproduce at UI level.
