#3296: JavaScript error on tab and shift-tab in IE with tabindex

To reproduce:
1. Modify sample.html and replacebyclass.html such that the editor is
surrounded by a few textboxex with tabindex, and the editor's textbox
should have a tabindex as well.
2. Open replacebyclass.html in IE6.
3. Put focus in the first textbox, tab until the focus is in the editor.
4. Now press tab or shift-tab.
5. JavaScript error.
